Social Media End

My social media class is coming to an end but I intend to keep my blog up and hope that other students in the class do as well because I really enjoy reading their blogs.  It is nice to see what other people are doing that are in the same major as I am.  Hopefully I will see classmates in other classes in the future.

Thesis Topic

I have been trying to come up with a good thesis topic for some time now.  I never really thought I would have so much trouble trying to come up with a good topic for it.  I figured that by the time I got to that point I would know exactly what I want to write about but am stumped for ideas.  Any suggestions?

Real Estate

Showed a house on thursday in mohawk.  Going to show another house today in poland at 4.  Had lunch with the girlfriends parent today and going to eat dinner at my parents house tonight.  Busy day !

Cookout

Finally going to have the first cookout of the year tomorrow.  Inviting the parents over tomorrow for some hamburgs, hot dogs, and kielbasa on the grill.  Also, a macaroni salad along with fresh fruit and dip.  It should be a good time.  Nothing like great food and great company!

Moved

I just got done moving to the downstairs apartment in the house I own.  I have wanted to live in this apartment ever since I bought the house but there were tenants already in this apartment so I couldn't just kick them out.  So I moved upstairs after I first bought it.  Three years later which was a few days ago they moved out so I was finally able to move downstairs.  I went from a 1 bedroom 1 bath to a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 baths and also gained a dining room.  Also now I have full use of the basement which I didn't before.  Needless to say I am psyched!

Back to the old grind

It's back to the old grind.  Got back from vacation at 2 in the morning this morning and then had to get up for work today at 8am.  Not much sleep.  Don't want to take a nap though because otherwise I won't sleep good tonight.  I am glad to be back home though.  Nothing like your own bed!

Last Day

Today is the last full day of vacation.  I will be leaving tomorrow morning so there won't be any time to do much of anything.  I have seen many different attractions out here.  Yesterday we saw the Hoover Dam that was a fun experience other than it is a half hour away and with the traffic took us an hour and a half to get there.  I am about to eat breakfast so I will see you later.

Vegas

I have been in Las Vegas since tuesday and have already seen the eiffel tower, the variety show and many more attractions.   I will be here til this coming tuesday but am going out on the town tonight because it is St patricks day. 

Las Vegas

It has been hard to sleep lately because I keep thinking about my trip to Las Vegas.  I will be going on vacation there in a couple of days.  I leave tuesday morning at 6 am.  I am so excited that I only have 1 more day of work and I will be out of here for 7 days.  It has been a long winter this year and has only seemed longer because I work outside.  I am a mailman and the bad weather days seem to be never ending.    Hopefully when I get back the weather will have improved.  Check out my Facebook page and check out my kitchen remodel photos.

Thank god its Saturday

The end of the week for me.  I just did some electrical work at my house.  Added some breakers and ran some wiring to some new outlets.  Now can enjoy the rest of the night.

Casino

I will be going to the casino on sunday.  I am not too much into gambling but my family and I will be going to the buffet there.  I haven't been there in a long time but it is really good food there.  I probably won't do any gambling because i don't care for it.  Maybe on the way home I will check out a movie or something.  Does anybody else like to gamble?  Any good gambling stories?

Sunday Funday

Going to go for a nice snowmobile ride tomorrow.  I had work all day today.  Got done at 4:30.  Had my electrical panel changed today and then did some running around.

Last day of week

One more day of work for this week.  Cannot wait for today to be over with!

Work

Off to work.  I hope we don't get the 6-12 inches of snow that we are supposed to because walking in it all day really gets old after a while.

Remodeling Kitchen

I just got done remodeling my kitchen for the past couple of weeks.  I put in new cabinets, countertops, sink and faucet.  I already had fairly new appliances so those are still the same.  I applied joint compound on the old holes in the walls, sanded the walls and painted the walls.  Tonight I did the finishing touches of hanging curtain rods and curtains.  There are some minor details to be done such as putting on new light switch and outlet covers.  I will get to the few things left by the end of the week.  A good project done!

Social Networking Sites

I do not like how people will send you emails on social networking sites such as facebook and myspace.  I wish that only people that you know could get ahold of you.  This is one privacy issue that I really hate!

Who knew that IDT homework would be so time consuming?
